Exchange Eligibility

Items must:

• Be returned in their original condition.
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Include original packaging and tags where applicable.
• Be requested within the applicable exchange period after delivery.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for exchange.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday and Christmas), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.
