1. Order Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday and Christmas), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the European Union and the Rest of the World.

European Union

Shipping Cost: €12.99
Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days

International

Shipping Cost: £19.99
Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking & Missing Packages

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at paaairy@gmail.com within 14 days so we can begin an investigation with the courier.
